Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Director, Sales Operations and Analytics to lead commercial effectiveness, field enablement, data strategy, and operational excellence for Nestlé Pharma.

This role partners with senior Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Finance, IT and Analytics leaders to shape the operations roadmap and ensure systems, governance and analytics drive disciplined execution and informed decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of information systems, sales operations, or analytics in biotech/pharma.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and foster growth.
• Deep understanding of commercial biotech/pharma business.
• Knowledge of REMS, FDA regulations and regulatory compliance.
• Experience implementing CRM and field tools.
• Strong communication and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and operating model for commercial operations, analytics, field enablement, and data-driven decision making.
• Lead development and maintenance of field CRM systems and their use for field efficiency.
• Advise Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Finance, IT, and senior leadership to drive productivity and revenue enablement.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and cross-functional alignment.
• Work with Marketing/Market Planning on targeting and segmentation integrated into CRM/SFA.
• Provide strategic direction on territory alignments and vendor utilization.
• Oversee data governance and QA/QC standards for critical data elements.
