Job summary

Huntress is seeking a Director of Revenue Readiness to architect the readiness function across the revenue organization. You will align priorities with GTM leaders, define governance, and drive scalable programs for onboarding, ramp, and ongoing readiness.

You will lead a team, partner with Sales Ops, Product Marketing, and GTM systems, and measure outcomes to optimize growth. This is a remote US role with strong compensation and equity possibilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years across revenue readiness, sales enablement, or related GTM roles.
• 5+ years leading teams or major programs in a scaling B2B SaaS org.
• Experience influencing executives and prioritizing investments across multiple needs.

Responsibilities

• Set the global Revenue Readiness vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead governance, learning systems, and program discipline across the org.
• Partner with Sales Ops, GTM leaders, and product marketing to align readiness efforts.
• Build scalable readiness programs for onboarding, ramp, and adoption.
• Measure readiness and guide investment with data-backed decisions.
• Develop and coach the Revenue Readiness team and define clear ownership.
