Job summary

Huntress is seeking a Director of Revenue Readiness to define and scale the Revenue Readiness function for a growing B2B SaaS organization. You will partner with GTM executives, Sales Ops, Product Marketing, and systems teams to translate business changes into effective readiness programs, while building and leading a global team.

The role emphasizes governance, learning systems, and measurement to prepare sellers and frontline managers across geographies, motions, and roles.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in revenue readiness, sales enablement, learning operations or related functions.
• Experience leading scalable GTM programs in a scaling B2B SaaS company.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage cross-functional priorities.

Responsibilities

• Set the global Revenue Readiness vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead the senior function for Revenue Readiness and advise GTM leaders on capability needs.
• Build and develop the Revenue Readiness team and partnerships across Sales, Product Marketing, and GTM Systems.
