Job summary

BCD Travel is seeking a Director of Operations (Remote) to drive our centralized service strategy for the United States. The role focuses on defining processes that support both shared and dedicated service teams, aligning with our evolving operational goals.

You will set department goals, manage budgets, coach teams, and lead KPI performance while maintaining a strong emphasis on customer service excellence and travel industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a customer service organization.
• Thorough knowledge of the travel industry, fares, and markets.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively simultaneously.
• Ability to lead – setting direction, developing teamwork and collaboration, and achieving results through others.
• Capable of problem-solving – anticipating, analyzing, and resolving issues at both a strategic and tactical level.

At BCD Travel we value you, our culture and success is defined by you. We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Director Operations is between $100,000 and $125,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.

This position requires flexibility regarding work schedules. Assignments may include day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as determined by business needs.
