Job summary

CURE International is seeking a Director of Knowledge Management to scale standardized knowledge across its global network. You will lead the CURE Way, develop governance, and drive adoption of our knowledge platform across clinical care, operations, and ministry.

Travel to hospitals is expected as part of implementing best practices and launching new sites, while operating remotely to coordinate with leaders worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred in a related field (Knowledge Management, Organizational Development, Health Administration, or Business Administration).
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and developing enterprise standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the governance and continuous improvement of the CURE Way operating manual.
• Develop knowledge management processes across clinical care, hospital operations, people operations, administration, and ministry.
• Own the roadmap, priorities, and execution strategy for the CURE Way initiative.
• Partner with network leaders to document, standardize core practices and translate them into accessible policies and playbooks.
• Lead adoption strategies and training to drive platform use and knowledge sharing.
