Job summary

Corus International is seeking a Director, Knowledge Management & Communications to join the MOMENTUM team in Washington, DC. This hybrid role combines knowledge management, reporting, and external communications, translating MERL data into clear knowledge products.

The Director will lead dashboards, infographics, and closeout documentation for MIHR programs, coordinating with country teams and Corus’s central Communications.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in international development, public health, or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience producing donor reports, closeout documents, and lessons-learned products for USG-funded programs.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Canva, Power BI, Tableau) and graphic design.
• Experience coordinating with central HQ communications and managing knowledge products.

Responsibilities

• Direct closeout documentation, final reporting, and lessons-learned synthesis for MIHR countries.
• Lead development of dashboards and reporting templates ensuring donor validation and timely country data.
• Oversee QA and content for quarterly and annual donor reports with cross-functional teams.
• Translate MERL data into audience-appropriate knowledge products and visuals.
