Job summary

CURE International is hiring a Director of Knowledge Management to scale standardized operating procedures and best practices across its global hospital network. You will lead the governance of the CURE Way, drive content development, and ensure accessibility of knowledge to frontline teams and leadership.

You will partner with hospital leaders, network functions, and technology teams to document and disseminate proven practices, enabling consistent operations and rapid new hospital readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience leading knowledge management or organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Excellent written communication with ability to translate complex concepts.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Christian maturity and alignment with organization’s Statement of Faith.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, governance, and improvement of the organization’s knowledge manual.
• Standardize core practices across clinical care, operations, administration, and ministry.
• Develop training and change management to adopt the CURE Way network-wide.
• Oversee the knowledge management platform selection and governance.
• Support future hospital launches with proven, standardized practices.
