Job summary

Qualifications

• MS, MLIS/MLS or PhD in science fields or equivalent Knowledge Management education.
• 8+ years in Pharmaceutical Industry and Knowledge Management.
• 5+ years in global People leadership; strong English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic operations of knowledge management and insight advisory services across the CSL Group.
• Oversee governance, budgeting, and personnel management of the Global Knowledge Management team.
• Develop and implement innovative information technologies and workflows for information delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement decisions for knowledge resources, databases and APIs.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to align strategies and drive operational efficiency.
