Job summary

KnowledgeWorks Foundation seeks a Manager, Data Operations and Insights to lead data workflow design, governance, and knowledge management enabling evidence-informed decisions across our education initiatives.

The role focuses on scalable processes, repeatable insights, and strong collaboration to advance equitable outcomes. Remote US work with flexible schedules and ongoing professional development is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data management, project coordination, knowledge management, or evaluation support.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree with 1+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead and build structure for knowledge management and evidence-sharing systems.
• Ensure data, insights, tools, and docs are organized and accessible.
• Develop repeatable insight products and summaries for governance and learning.
• Prepare information for internal sensemaking and decision-making.
• Handoff analysis outputs to broader teams and organizational use.
• Steward day-to-day data workflows and data governance practices.
• Develop SOPs and documentation for data management and use.
• Coordinate with IT and other partners to translate needs into clear requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and provide status updates.
