Job summary

Corus International seeks a Director, Knowledge Management & Communications to lead knowledge management, reporting, and data visualization for the Lifesaving Health Assistance program from our Washington, DC office. Qualifications

• Master's degree in international development, public health, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in knowledge management, reporting, and communications for international development or global health programs.
• Experience producing donor reports, closeout documentation, and lessons‑learned products for USG‑funded programs.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience coordinating with central or HQ communications teams.
• Fluent English, written and oral.
• Knowledge of USG branding and marking requirements.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Direct closeout documentation, final reporting, and lessons‑learned synthesis for MIHR countries transitioning out of the project.
• Lead development of the LHA milestones and deliverables dashboard with the Director, Data Systems, ensuring donor validation and timely information.
• Oversee QA and content coordination for LHA donor reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Lead the capture and synthesis of lessons learned across LHA and MIHR's Ebola Response.
• Establish knowledge management standards, templates, and processes for communicating activities and results.
• Develop and maintain knowledge products and a central report repository for internal and donor audiences.
• Oversee consultant costs, invoices, and budget allocations within the Director's scope.
• Perform other knowledge management and reporting duties as assigned.
