System One is seeking a Director of IT Systems for Sales & Marketing. This fully remote, permanent role translates business needs into technical solutions and aligns IT strategy with sales and marketing goals.

You will lead Salesforce configuration, integrations, and data governance across environments, drive data quality initiatives, and partner with executives to advance sales and marketing performance while managing cross-functional teams and a travel up to 25%.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in IT leadership roles, with Salesforce experience.
• Experience in healthcare sales/marketing tech a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead IT strategy development and partner with leadership to identify opportunities that enhance sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
• Oversee configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems and external data sources.
• Establish data standards across multiple Salesforce environments.
• Lead data deduplication, normalization, and enrichment initiatives.
• Develop a support strategy for Salesforce administration and development.
• Drive delivery for new features and system upgrades.
• Establish best practices for change management, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to improve sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
• Travel up to 25%.
