System One is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead development efforts within a large financial services enterprise. The role requires hands-on coding, team leadership, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions across cloud platforms.

You will work in a hybrid model (onsite and remote) with responsibilities spanning Java, J2EE, EJB, and Salesforce-specific development within an AWS environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience leading development teams on complex, enterprise-scale projects.
• Ability to work in AWS-based environments and integrate cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Lead development efforts within a large financial services enterprise as a Senior Salesforce Developer.
• Assess current and target state business processes, partner with stakeholders and enterprise developers to shape technical solutions.
• Translate business needs into efficient, scalable technical solutions across cloud-based platforms.
• Manage and guide development teams on complex, enterprise-scale projects.
• Work across languages and frameworks such as Java, J2EE, EJB, C/C++, SQL, Visual Basic, and similar technologies.
• Develop and support relational databases like Oracle, Sybase, or similar, and messaging platforms such as MQ Series.
• Integrate cloud services into enterprise solutions, particularly within AWS environments.
