Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle.
• Deep knowledge of at least one major programming language/platform stack, plus application and database layers.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or Sybase, and messaging platforms like MQ Series.
• Proven leadership experience managing development teams through complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development efforts within a large financial services enterprise as a Senior Salesforce Developer.
• Assess current and target state business processes, partner with stakeholders and enterprise developers to shape technical solutions.
