Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Director of Services Business Operations to act as the strategic operating partner to the General Manager, Global Services. You will own forecasting, governance, and performance management while leading cross-functional initiatives to scale profitability and efficiency.

The role requires 10+ years in operations/finance with strong leadership and executive communication skills. Fully remote with occasional travel to Arrow offices as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in business operations, services operations, finance, strategy, or related disciplines.
• Strong financial, analytical, forecasting, and business planning capabilities.
• Experience building KPI frameworks, executive reporting, forecasting processes, and scalable operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead business operating reviews, scorecards, and KPI management.
• Own forecasting, reporting, and performance visibility.
• Drive capacity planning across service lines and optimize workforce productivity.
• Establish operating standards, governance, and performance management.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and scalability across North America and EMEA.
• Lead transformation initiatives that support growth and operational maturity.
