Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Global Partner Program Manager to design, launch, govern, and manage a scalable partner program worldwide. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, implement governance routines, and define success metrics to drive adoption and measurable business impact across regions.

The role requires extensive program management experience, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to lead complex initiatives across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Business, Marketing, Technology, Operations, or related field.
• 12+ years in partner programs, channel or program management, or related fields.
• Strong PM skills: planning, dependency tracking, risk management, reporting.
• Experience leading cross-regional, cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and govern a scalable global partner program.
• Translate objectives into plans, milestones, governance, and success metrics.
• Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams across ops, marketing, IT, legal, sales, finance, regions, vendors, and partners.
• Manage team scorecard and impact metrics for adoption and outcomes.
• Liaise with Finance and IT for consistent reporting, dashboards, and data definitions.
• Partner with Marketing Intelligence on segmentation and GTM priorities.
• Prepare communications, status updates, launch summaries, and stakeholder briefings.
