Chart Industries, a Baker Hughes company, seeks a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the Industrial Segment in the Americas. The role focuses on accelerating profitable growth in New Build markets across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, guiding an experienced regional sales team and partnering with product, engineering, and marketing to drive solution-based selling.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within Industrial markets, including sales, marketing, and business development.
• Proven experience developing and executing successful commercial growth strategies.
• Strong understanding of industrial customer markets, applications, and sales channels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Proven success building and maintaining executive-level customer relationships.
• Strong business acumen with forecasting, strategic planning, and budget management.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the Industrial Segment growth strategy across the Americas.
• Lead the regional Industrial sales team and drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, channel partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Develop account plans, forecasts, and market strategies for sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with business units, product management, and marketing to identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to identify new opportunities.
• Act as the voice of the customer to influence product development and planning.
• Lead business development initiatives to expand market share in targeted applications.
• Coach and develop sales professionals, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Ensure accurate reporting, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance measurement.
