Ethos, a leading life insurance technology company, invites a Director of Digital Acquisition Strategy to own strategy, performance, and budget across Paid Search, SEO/GEO, and Affiliates, guiding channel managers who run them daily. You will partner with Finance on forecasting, budget planning, and scenario modeling, shape go-to-market strategies for new products, and influence the full customer journey

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in direct response or performance marketing.
• Experience leading and developing other marketers.
• Deep hands-on expertise in at least one biddable acquisition channel.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with BI tools like Tableau and Excel.
• Strategic and rigorous in high-velocity environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, budget allocation, and performance of Paid Search, SEO/GEO, and Affiliates.
• Manage and develop a team of channel managers.
• Own ambiguous, high-stakes questions and drive data-backed recommendations.
• Diagnose funnels, identify high-value fixes, and advocate prioritization.
• Forecasting and budgeting in partnership with Finance.
• Shape go-to-market strategy for new products and test-and-learn approaches.
• Monitor weekly and monthly performance and optimize KPIs.
• Collaborate with Creative, Analytics, MarTech, Growth Product, and Finance.
• Design and conduct rigorous tests and present results.
