Qualifications

• 8+ years in direct response or performance marketing with leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in at least one biddable acquisition channel.
• Strong analytical skills using Excel and BI tools with Finance collaboration.
• Proven strategic thinker who can solve complex problems.
• Autonomous, fast learner in a high-velocity startup.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, budget, and performance for Paid Search, SEO/GEO, and Affiliates.
• Lead and develop channel managers, focusing on strategy over execution.
• Diagnose funnel drop-offs and prioritize fixes with Growth Product and Analytics.
• Forecasting and budgeting in partnership with Finance.
• Shape GTM strategy for new products with audience sizing and testing.
• Monitor weekly and monthly performance and optimize KPIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Analytics, MarTech, Growth Product, and Finance.
• Drive thought leadership through rigorous tests and results.
