Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced consumer business.
• Experience working with Costco HABA and OTC merchandising.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills across multiple brands.
• Ability to translate trends and observations into actionable opportunities and compelling sales stories.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies for the Costco HABA and OTC Costco channel.
• Build relationships with Costco’s HABA and OTC merchandising teams to identify growth opportunities and implement sales plans.
• Manage key client business at Costco to support growth and existing revenue.
• Organize client and customer meetings to discuss strategies for brands.
• Create compelling sales stories and presentations to support strategies.
• Deliver budget plans and new distribution goals for clients and customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage execution and measure results.
• Monitor and report on sales performance analytics.
