Job summary

C.A. Fortune is seeking a Director of Sales to drive top-line revenue and strengthen retailer relationships, with a fully remote role limited to the East Coast. You will lead cross-functional teams, implement CAF selling techniques, and own strategic planning with senior leadership.

Travel is up to 25% across major industry shows and client sites. Qualified candidates bring 5+ years in sales leadership, Costco selling experience, and a proven ability to manage programs across multiple regions.

Qualifications

5+ years in a sales leadership role with strategic planning experience.
Proven track record selling to Costco and managing regional programs.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities with deadlines.
Excellent analytical and communication skills; detail-oriented.
Bachelor’s degree; professional certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional efforts with Leadership, Account Managers and Sales Support.
Maintain transparent client partnerships and regular executive communication.
Implement CAF selling techniques and brand training with clients.
Coordinate with clients on brand training and market execution.
Monitor on-ground market conditions and provide guidance and training.
Ensure teams use tools effectively and share best practices with leadership.
Provide timely meeting recaps and proactive client updates.
Oversee Costco programs and regional market activities.
