Job summary

PLTFRM, a leading omnichannel growth partner, is seeking a Director of Sales for Costco with deep HABA and Pharmacy experience. The role centers on driving revenue growth, distribution, and strong relationships with Costco buyers, while coordinating across merchandising, operations, and brand teams.

The candidate will lead execution of strategic sales initiatives, manage pricing and promotions, and ensure timely Buy Docs submissions, with up to 10% travel to client meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of CPG sales experience with direct Costco account management in HABA and/or Pharmacy.
• Established relationships with Costco regional buyers and understanding of buyer roles.
• Proven success launching and growing Costco business, with wellness category expertise.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Costco buyers and teams across HABA and Pharmacy.
• Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and distribution expansion.
• Identify growth opportunities via category insights and Costco-specific strategies.
• Lead buyer presentations, line reviews, and new item sell-ins and launches.
• Own pricing, margin, and promotions including endcaps and events.
• Navigate Buy Docs and pricing processes with accurate submissions.
• Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and SKU performance for profitability.
• Coordinate with brand and operations on packaging, timelines, and supply chain requirements.
