Legend Biotech, a global biotechnology company, seeks a Director, Head of Commercial Training to design and lead enterprise learning for commercial field roles and in-house staff. You will sit on the Extended LT, set strategy, monitor KPIs, and build a network of agency partners to deliver high-impact programs across oncology, product knowledge, and customer engagement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive commercial experience in sales, clinical education, sales training, or marketing with success in-market.
• 7+ years Oncology experience.
• 7+ years of training, capability-building, or commercial leadership experience.
• 5+ years of leading and managing a team.

Responsabilidades

• Set the commercial training strategy and KPIs for the organization.
• Lead the training team and partners to deliver high-impact programs.
• Develop cross-functional training across therapy areas, product knowledge, and account management.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and external agencies.
