Job summary

Legend Biotech US is seeking a Director, Head of Commercial Training to set strategy and oversee enterprise learning for commercial roles and in-house staff. The role sits on the Extended LT and advises business operations and commercial leadership.

The incumbent will lead the training team, monitor KPIs, and address capability gaps, ensuring compliant, high-quality learning programs across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 12+ years commercial experience in sales, education, or marketing roles.
• 7+ years oncology experience.
• 7+ years training or leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading a team.
• Strong MS Office skills; ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set commercial training strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead and develop the training team and partners.
• Create programs spanning therapy areas, product knowledge, and account management.
• Build cross-functional relationships with senior stakeholders and agencies.
• Manage vendor partners and learning program governance.
• Develop learning measurement plans to show business impact.
• Plan training for major oncology events and product launches.
