Legend Biotech USA, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Commercial Learning & Development to design and implement training for Commercial Field Teams. This role emphasizes new hire and ongoing professional development, with travel to regional and national meetings.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in biotech/pharma sales, 3+ years in Oncology/Cell Therapy, and 1+ year in field-based training. The position is remote with substantial travel requirements and a competitive base pay range.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years biotech or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years oncology/cell therapy experience.
• 1+ year of training experience in coaching field-based reps preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist head of training in ongoing development of disease state, product, and competitive market training.
• Assist head of training with facilitating training programs: new hire, regional, national trainings.
• Conduct field rides with customer-facing colleagues to ensure effective execution.
• Collect feedback following national training workshops and analyze results.
• Collaborate with district trainers to assess training requirements and gaps.
• Partner with Regional Sales Management to plan quarterly training needs.
• Facilitate distance learning programs to increase field competencies.
• Maintain business intelligence and share best practices among Commercial Teams.
• Document attendance and provide training session reporting.
• Comply with laws, regulations and Legend policies.
