Job summary

Legend Biotech, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Cell Therapy Education for the Commercial team. The role is remote and requires travel up to 60%. You will build and onboard a CTCE team, develop clinical engagement strategies for oncology APPs, and partner with advocacy groups to advance patient education.

You will oversee the region's CTCE team and collaborate with sales, medical, marketing, and other partners to ensure compliant execution and measurable success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of 5 years field clinical educator experience and 4 years oncology experience.
• Experience leading teams is preferred.
• Pharma/biotech background is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to CTCEs for delivering team objectives.
• Define and implement team strategy to meet education objectives.
• Oversee recruiting, staffing, hiring, and training of CTCEs.
• Coach CTCEs to enable high engagement and performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align CTCE roles with objectives.
• Identify and remove operational barriers to team effectiveness.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and training for the CTCE team.
• Engage Marketing Franchise to support objectives and resources.
• Partner with External Alliances to support educational needs.
