Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to serve as a national subject matter expert in Commercial Property & Casualty and agency operations. The role partners with Divisional and Regional Leadership to advance objectives, standardize workflows, and drive operational scalability while delivering exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in a large broker/agency, holds an active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designation is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large broker/agency.
• Experience with workflow standardization and process optimization.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions and operational integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategies with Divisional and Regional Leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable improvements.
• Standardize workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process optimization and workforce planning initiatives.
• Support M&A integration initiatives and post-merger integration.
• Collaborate with producers, operations teams, and leadership to drive client outcomes.
