Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director of Products (REMOTE) to lead product direction for enterprise security offerings, balancing customer needs, business strategy, and delivery execution.

The role partners with engineering, sales engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape the roadmap, advance AI-enabled capabilities, and support go-to-market conversations with technical and executive audiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management in a B2B enterprise environment.
• Proven track record launching successful products or custom solutions.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, enterprise security products.
• Experience with FedRAMP processes and public sector deployments.
• Hands-on expertise in AI/ML product features and roadmaps.
• Excellent communication for technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define the product roadmap aligned with business strategy and customer needs.
• Own the end-to-end Product Management Lifecycle and Product Development Lifecycle.
• Manage feature development and validate concepts through rapid prototyping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop use cases and triage feature requests.
• Drive the implementation of AI-native product capabilities and usability vision.
• Liaise with global teams to align priorities and unblock delivery.
• Provide Proof-of-Concept assistance to Sales Engineering and prospective customers.
