Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise portfolio management or technology change management.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience in a public company or regulated environment with governance.
• Strong change management and employee communications skills.
• Ability to connect strategic goals to hands-on execution across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a comprehensive view of employee-impacting initiatives, including priorities and risks
• Design and implement AI solutions to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency
• Establish governance for project intake, prioritization, and status reporting
• Collaborate with technology and operations leaders to align changes with business priorities
• Lead comprehensive change plans covering communication, training, and adoption strategies
• Translate complex changes into clear, actionable messages for stakeholders
• Identify and address barriers to adoption early, ensuring accountability throughout implementation
