Ladders is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management focused on Developer & AI initiatives. The role owns the product vision and roadmap for developer experience and AI security, translating AI capabilities into differentiated product direction while driving measurable customer and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, with 5+ years leading senior product managers or product portfolios
• Experience with platform, developer-facing, or infrastructure products preferred
• Proven track record of shipping impactful developer tools or security products
• Strong familiarity with the modern AI landscape, including LLMs and orchestration frameworks
• Solid understanding of modern security concepts like identity and access control

Responsibilities

• Set and evolve the product vision and roadmap for developer experience and AI security initiatives
• Articulate customer problems and success metrics across the product portfolio
• Lead product definition for secure workflows involving identity and secrets delivery
• Translate emerging AI capabilities into differentiated product features
• Collaborate with the VP of Developer & AI Engineering on product strategy and technical vision
• Partner with Marketing and GTM teams for successful product launches and integrations
• Recruit and mentor senior product managers in complex technical domains
