Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management in a B2B enterprise environment.
• Proven track record launching successful products or custom solutions.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, enterprise security products.
• Experience with FedRAMP processes and public sector deployments.
• Hands-on expertise in AI/ML product features and roadmaps.
• Excellent communication for technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define the product roadmap aligned with business strategy and customer needs.
• Own the end-to-end Product Management Lifecycle and Product Development Lifecycle.
• Manage feature development and validate concepts through rapid prototyping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop use cases and triage feature requests.
• Drive the implementation of AI-native product capabilities and usability vision.
• Liaise with global teams to align priorities and unblock delivery.
• Provide Proof-of-Concept assistance to Sales Engineering and prospective customers.

For our client, we are seeking a Director of Products (REMOTE) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will lead product direction for enterprise security offerings, balancing customer needs, business strategy, and delivery execution.

The Director of Products will partner closely with engineering, sales engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape the roadmap and improve the customer experience.

A key focus of the role will be advancing AI-enabled capabilities, guiding rapid validation efforts, and supporting go-to-market conversations with technical and executive audiences.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Define the product roadmap aligned with business strategy and customer needs
• Own the end-to-end Product Management Lifecycle (PMLC) and Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC)
• Manage feature development and validate concepts through rapid prototyping
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop use cases and triage feature requests
• Drive the implementation of AI-native product capabilities and usability vision
• Liaise with global teams to align priorities and unblock delivery
• Provide Proof-of-Concept assistance to Sales Engineering and prospective customers
