Job summary

Coral Connect, LLC is seeking a Director of 340B Pharmacy Operations to lead the 340B Infusion Leakage program, ensuring regulatory compliance, financial integrity, and accurate reporting across partner sites. You will design QA frameworks, validate HRSA registrations, and manage onboarding, SOP libraries, and ongoing audits.

Remote role with limited travel to client sites, hospital partners, and infusion centers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years direct 340B program management experience.
• Knowledge of HRSA 340B requirements, OPAIS registration, and Medicaid carve-in/carve-out strategies.
• Experience with 340B TPAs and dispensing platforms listed (Verity Solutions, Macro Helix; CareTend; WeInfuse).
• Strong SOP development & staff training experience.
• Excellent communication with hospital leadership and executives.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain 340B QA and compliance framework across workflows.
• Lead HRSA registration validation and eligibility processes.
• Oversee end-to-end program onboarding and implementation across workstreams.
• Manage ongoing eligibility integrity monitoring and data reconciliation.
• Produce operational reporting for leadership and partners.
• Lead governance forums and annual program reviews.
