Job summary

PDMI in the United States is seeking an Account Manager 340B to support implementation, maintenance, and optimization of client 340B programs, aligning with company goals to ensure accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction. You will coordinate data, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to overall efficiency of 340B operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare experience.
• 2+ years in 340B required.
• Experience managing client data feeds, SFTP setups, replenishment workflows, and system configurations.
• Ability to attain advanced knowledge of PDMI’s 340B platform and service model.

Responsibilities

• Support new 340B account implementations and ensure accurate setup.
• Manage and validate client data feeds and run simulations.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, provide 340B guidance and training.
• Conduct go-live reviews and verify HRSA eligibility for child sites and contract pharmacies.
• Monitor data accuracy and troubleshoot feed issues with the Call Center.
• Maintain strong client relationships through calls, site visits, and ongoing support.
• Cross-train with peers and assist Senior Account Managers and Senior Director 340B.
• Mentor Account Coordinators 340B and support interviews.
