Job summary

NuvemRx in the United States seeks a meticulous 340B Program Manager to oversee HRSA-guided 340B programs for assigned CE clients, including FQHCs and DSH hospitals.

You will ensure compliance, manage audits, and maintain documentation while serving as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. The role requires strong organization, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Deep working knowledge of the 340B Drug Pricing Program, HRSA guidance, and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts with high accuracy.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with HRSA audits or compliance assessments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of assigned 340B programs for compliance.
• Serve as primary compliance resource for CE clients regarding 340B operations.
• Conduct routine compliance reviews, audits, and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
