Job summary

Visual Comfort & Co. seeks a Regional Showroom Manager to lead showroom operations and inside sales teams across the region. This role drives sales initiatives, coaches managers, and elevates the customer experience in luxury lighting showrooms.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in multi-unit luxury retail, deep knowledge of lighting premium design, and a proven sales leadership track record. Travel is extensive, with weekend availability required to meet showroom needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of multi-unit retail management experience in luxury/home furnishings.
• Strong knowledge of lighting or premium design products preferred.
• Proven track record of driving sales and coaching showroom teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee showroom sales teams across Visual Comfort showrooms in the region.
• Visit showrooms, coach managers, monitor readiness, and identify improvements.
• Execute regional sales strategies focused on trade and retail customers.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to showroom teams.
• Partner with showroom managers to craft location-specific sales strategies.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and address performance gaps.
• Maintain brand standards and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
