You will own store operations, CRM-driven sales processes, merchandising, and staff development while partnering with leadership to grow profitability and brand loyalty. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in a luxury retail environment seeking entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of store and sales management in luxury home furnishings or related retail.
• Design or business degree/certification preferred.
• Entrepreneurial vision with ownership and innovation.
• Strong analytical ability to react quickly to selling trends and drive profitability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver an exceptional client journey that drives loyalty and measurable results.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable using CRM systems and design software.
• Understand and analyze customer behavior to implement actions that convert visitors into buyers.
• Passion for luxury design.
