Job summary

Cambria seeks a Director, Showroom Experience to elevate our 25+ Showrooms and Galleries, driving a luxury customer journey aligned with Cambria standards. You will lead showroom strategy, training, and initiatives that boost leads, traffic, and conversions while coordinating with Marketing, Real Estate and Operations.

Travel regionally and to Canada is required. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in retail sales with management are essential, with proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in marketing, business, interior design or similar field.
• 5+ years in retail sales with management experience.
• Home/design industry familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive showroom sales by transforming spaces into luxury consultative environments.
• Develop store operations playbooks and drive accountability across staff.
• Ensure Sales training and development through the L&D department.
• Manage resources and budgets across all locations.
• Lead KPIs and dashboards with Salesforce and BI teams.
