Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 5–10 years in infrastructure/platform engineering with multi-site experience.
• Experience managing firewalls and network security controls.
• Strong change management and documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Platform Operations & Reliability across networks, servers, and VOIP platforms.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and target availability with MSP/vendor support.
• Plan platform upgrades, patches, and lifecycle changes with minimal disruption.
• Adopt Infrastructure-as-Code and automation to reduce risk.
• Maintain platform documentation, SOPs, and audit evidence.
• Develop and maintain DR/BCP playbooks and test recoveries.
• Ensure HIPAA/SOC 2 controls through governance and evidence.
• Oversee vendor/MSP performance and service reviews.
