Job summary

Stellarus is seeking a Chief Information Officer/Director, Enterprise Delivery to guide engineering delivery, platform operations, and technology services in support of strategic objectives. This role reports to the Sr.

Director, Technology, Infrastructure, and Stabilization and drives speed, quality, security, and operational excellence. You will partner with Product, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and business leaders to modernize and elevate reliability, manage risk, and deliver

Qualifications

• 10 years of software engineering, technology operations and management experience
• 6 years of people management with direct reports
• Experience leading multiple engineering teams with accountability for delivery and operational outcomes
• Proven ability to own production systems end-to-end and improve reliability
• Experience stabilizing and modernizing legacy systems in production environments
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, observability, secure development, and reliability practices
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional execution with Product, Architecture, Security, Platform, and business stakeholders
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with execution focus including risk management
• Experience with portfolio planning and resource tradeoffs in engineering domains
• Master’s degree in related field preferred
