Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Director, HR Technology Portfolio & Program Management to lead portfolio governance and program execution across Hilton's global HR Tech organization. The role focuses on integrated planning, resource management, and executive reporting to accelerate delivery of HR technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology program or portfolio management.
• 5+ years leading enterprise technology programs, PMOs or transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience establishing and managing portfolio governance, program management, prioritization and executive reporting.
• Experience translating strategic priorities into integrated execution plans.
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated portfolio planning across HR Technology.
• Coordinate portfolio intake, prioritization, risks and resources for decision making.
• Provide program management leadership for major cross-functional HR Technology initiatives.
• Establish governance and delivery standards, identify risks and drive resolution.
• Lead resource and capacity planning across the portfolio and align demand with capacity.
• Deliver executive portfolio reviews and decision support.
