Remote-friendly with a focus on improving provider operations, clinical excellence, and executive decision-making through clear communications and planning. Excellent leadership and vision are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in healthcare strategy or clinical operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed org.
• Strong understanding of value-based care and clinical performance.
• Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CMO to advance strategic priorities and provide execution support.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to enhance provider operations and clinical excellence.
• Support the development and execution of strategic plans and annual goals.
• Lead complex projects from concept to implementation, establishing timelines and accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution of strategic initiatives and address challenges.
• Develop executive communications and strategic materials for leadership meetings.
• Monitor initiative progress and identify barriers to execution.
