The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in strategic finance with a strong grasp of GTM operations. The compensation range is $202,000 - $253,000, including base pay and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Strategic Finance and GTM or Sales Finance at high-growth tech.
• Strong experience with revenue mechanics and sales compensation design.
• Outstanding communication skills with a track record of influencing executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the revenue forecast across all Cloud and Managed AI products.
• Partner with Sales and Product on pricing and deal structure.
• Design and operationalize scalable sales incentive plans.
