Point Foundation seeks a hands-on, systems-minded Director of Development Operations to power our fundraising tech and data-driven decisions. This is a builder role—shaping an AI-powered technology roadmap and keeping integrations running to support the Development team.

You will own the donor database, data governance, dashboards, and revenue forecasting; manage Fundraise Up, iWave, and related tools; partner with the CDO and Sr.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in development operations, database or fundraising systems.
• 2+ years in a senior or leadership capacity.
• Direct experience with nonprofit CRMs, data integrity, and reporting.
• Experience with multiple fundraising platforms (Fundraise Up, iWave) as system owner.
• Strong data analysis, querying, and donor segmentation abilities.
• Experience piloting AI tools to automate workflows while protecting donor data.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee donor database data integrity, hygiene, and analytics.
• Establish data governance, privacy, and access controls.
• Build dashboards and revenue forecasts for leadership and gift officers.
• OwnDevelopment tech stack: Fundraise Up, iWave, and integrations with Finance/Marketing/Programs.
• Develop and execute the technology roadmap in collaboration with leadership.
• Lead process improvements to reduce manual work and improve data quality.
