Job summary

Point Foundation seeks a hands-on, systems-minded Director of Development Operations to drive fundraising technology and data strategy. This role will own the CRM, analytics, and integrations, partnering with leadership to build an AI-powered roadmap while ensuring data integrity and security.

The Director will manage gift processing, reporting, and vendor relationships, coaching staff and shaping scalable processes across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience administering a nonprofit CRM/donor database (e.g., Raiser's Edge) with data integrity, gift processing and reporting.
• Experience managing multiple integrated fundraising platforms (Fundraise Up, iWave) as a system owner.
• Proficiency in building and running reports, queries, and donor lists from a CRM database to support portfolios and leadership.
• Hands-on experience piloting and implementing AI tools to automate workflows and improve data quality.

Responsibilities

• Own donor database governance, data hygiene, and analytics.
• Oversee data privacy, security, and access permissions.
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and revenue forecasts for leadership.
• Manage Development tech stack including Fundraise Up, iWave, and integrations; vendor relationships.
• Plan CRM strategy and roadmap; evaluate tools and upgrades.
• Harness AI and emerging technologies to increase efficiency across Development operations.
• Oversee gift processing, acknowledgments, and revenue operations with Finance.
• Train staff on system use and refine processes to reduce manual work.
• Create documentation for data standards and procedures.
