Job summary

Point Foundation seeks a hands-on Director of Development Operations to own the fundraising technology stack, data governance, and analytics. You will shape an AI-powered roadmap, troubleshoot complex data integrations, and lead a small team to drive data quality and revenue potential for the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience administering a nonprofit CRM/donor database (e.g., Raiser's Edge), including data integrity, gift processing, and reporting.
• Experience managing multiple integrated fundraising platforms as a system owner.
• Proficiency in building and running reports, queries, and donor lists to support portfolios and leadership.
• Hands-on experience piloting AI tools to automate workflows while protecting donor data.

Responsibilities

• Own donor database governance, data hygiene, reporting, and analytics.
• Enforce data privacy, security, and access policies across fundraising platforms.
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and revenue forecasts for leadership visibility.
• Own Development tech stack, vendor relationships, and integrations with Finance/Marketing/Programs.
• Plan and launch CRM strategy and roadmap in collaboration with senior tech leaders.
• Harness AI and emerging tech to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Oversee gift processing, acknowledgments, and revenue reconciliation with Finance.
• Support campaigns through data segmentation and data integration for registrations.
