Job summary

GiveDirectly is seeking a Director/Senior Director of Revenue Operations to own the data, systems, and processes powering Fundraising. This BizOps-first role will build pipeline infrastructure, KPI architecture, and operating rhythms to scale revenue and donor experiences globally, reporting to the Vice President of Partnerships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, or a chief-of-staff role.
• Experience building or owning CRM/pipeline systems (e.g. Salesforce).
• Strong data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for high-stakes internal and Board materials.

Responsibilities

• Own Fundraising's revenue operations: data, systems, and processes to scale the function.
• Build and oversee CRM/pipeline architecture and KPI reporting across Fundraising divisions.
• Lead a small team (3–5) covering fundraising tech, data, donor experience, and knowledge management.
• Act as liaison between Fundraising and Finance, Compliance, Grants Management, and People teams.
