Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Director, Finance Platforms to lead strategy, roadmap, governance, and delivery of Lovesac’s Finance technology ecosystem. You will partner with Accounting, Finance, Tax, Treasury, and Internal Audit to ensure scalable, controlled platforms.

You will own NetSuite ERP and connected applications, drive process transformation across Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and close activities, and lead a cross-functional team of Product Owners and engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business admin, information systems, CS, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Finance technology, ERP, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams, vendors, or partners.
• Ownership of ERP/Finance strategy, roadmaps, governance, and delivery.
• Experience with SOX, audit readiness, controls, and change management.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year Finance Platforms strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities.
• Partner with Finance leadership to translate priorities into scalable platform capabilities.
• Establish governance, intake, prioritization, release planning, and value realization.
