Job summary

Lovesac, a fast-growing furniture company, seeks a Director, Finance Platforms to lead strategy, governance and delivery of the finance tech ecosystem. You’ll partner with Accounting, Finance, Tax and Internal Audit to enable scalable growth and strong controls.

Remote in the U.S., you’ll own NetSuite ERP and related apps, drive process transformation, manage vendors, and mentor a team of Product Owners and engineers to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Finance technology or ERP.
• 5+ years leading teams, vendors, or implementation partners.
• Experience supporting SOX-regulated or public company environments, including controls, audit readiness, and change management.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year Finance Platforms strategy, operating model, roadmap, and investment priorities.
• Own the direction, lifecycle, reliability, security, performance, and support model for NetSuite ERP and connected Finance applications.
• Partner with Finance leaders to simplify, standardize, and automate core processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash).
• Ensure SOX compliance, audit readiness, and access governance across platforms.
• Manage strategic technology vendors, budgets, and delivery for the Finance Platforms portfolio.
• Lead, coach, and develop Product Owners and engineers supporting Finance Platforms.
