Job summary

Trulioo is seeking a Director, Enterprise Sales for North America who will build and lead a high-performance AE team. You will own the full revenue motion from new logos to expansion, guiding forecasting, deal strategy, and multi-threaded pursuits in a fast-growth, AI-forward environment.

The role is full-time and can be done remotely within the USA for the right candidate, reporting to the VP of Sales. You will partner with Marketing, CS, and Product to drive strategic account plans and renewal

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B sales management, with a track record of leading enterprise teams.
• Experience selling complex products to large enterprises and growing accounts.
• Strong pipeline, forecasting, and deal-management discipline.
• Ability to build inclusive, high-performance teams and coach reps.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Account Executives across North America, driving new-logo and expansion revenue.
• Set goals, coach on strategy, and foster accountability and performance.
• Manage multi-threaded deals, account planning, and complex sales motions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, CS, and Product to accelerate growth.
