Trulioo seeks a Director, Enterprise Sales (North America) to lead the Enterprise Account Executive team across NA. You will own the full revenue motion, from new-logo acquisition to expansion within large enterprise accounts, including forecasting and deal strategy, while hiring, coaching, and scaling a high-performing team.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled selling, cross-functional partnerships, and a hybrid/remote work model across the USA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managing high-performing Enterprise sales teams in a fast-growing environment.
• Experience closing large, complex enterprise deals with multi-threaded stakeholders.
• Proven ability to hire, ramp, and scale AEs and drive expansion.
• Strong forecasting, pipeline, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead NA Enterprise Account Executive team from hiring through quota attainment.
• Own pipeline, forecast accuracy, and revenue expansion across new logos and existing accounts.
• Coach teams on multi-threaded selling, account planning, and strategic deal execution.
• Build inclusive culture with focus on performance, diversity, and learning.
