Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
- Master's degree preferred or related experience in digital/product strategy is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Define multi-year digital product vision and roadmaps.
- Lead piloting, scaling, and commercialization of new capabilities.
- Collaborate with Commercial Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Sales to align priorities.
- Communicate with executives to accelerate decision-making and drive growth.
- Identify opportunities, build business cases, and measure outcomes with KPIs.
